Dr. Sica began her career in education at Northeastern School District in 1999. She spent 9 years teaching Math at NHS, 10 years as Assistant Principal at Northeastern High School and 5 years as Principal at Spring Forge Intermediate.  She is now serving in the role of Assistant Superintendent. Dr. Sica is excited to serve our Bobcats in this capacity and looks forward to working with teachers and the community in the areas of professional development, curriculum and federal programs.
