    If you are a parent of a child with a disability between the ages of birth – 3 years, services are available through the Infant and Toddler Program at the York County Office of Mental Health/Mental Retardation.

    If you are a parent of a handicap child between the ages of 3-5 years, Early Intervention Services are available from the Lincoln Intermediate Unit #12. Call (717) 624-4616 for information. Ask for the Early Intervention Program.
