Dr. Randi Payne

Dr. Payne is proud to serve as the Assistant Superintendent of the Northeastern School District. As a resident of “Bobcat Country” and parent to two school-age students in our schools, she is most impressed with the sense of community that can be felt throughout our district. She is grateful and excited to take on her new role and looks forward to continuing her service to the students, parents, staff, and community of our great school district.

Dr. Payne joined the Northeastern School District in 1996 where she taught 6th grade English Language Arts and Special Education at the Middle School and Spring Forge Intermediate School. In January of 2003, Dr. Payne became the principal of Mt. Wolf Elementary School (Early Learning Center, at that time). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Slippery Rock University, a Master’s degree in Teaching and Curriculum from The Pennsylvania State University, a Principal’s Certification from McDaniel College, and a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility from Immaculata University.

In her free time, Dr. Payne enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.  Together, they enjoy traveling, roller coasters, and attending sporting events and concerts.
